Wilder Blue Music: My brother, Steve, works as a music composer in the entertainment industry. I developed his branding and designed his website.
While developing his branding, Steve and I discussed strategies for how he could stand apart from other composers.
I sketched a drawing of a maze-like pattern of brass horns, loosely inspired by the green pipes of Super Mario Brothers and the surrealistic styles of Salvador Dalí and René Magritte.
Steve liked the illustration, and has used it on his social media pages as well as on his business card. A gif animation of my of process of creating the illustration, from pencil/paper to Photoshop, can be viewed here.
